The Divergence pack
Where this comes from
Originator and date
AlertKeeper's maker, 10/14/2026, for a subscriber to Parets' The Divergence (Paradigm Press) who had made it a service on Review the same day; this pack reads its letters.
Industry sources read
The Divergence's own letters, as a subscriber received them (scrubbed copies kept outside AlertKeeper's code), and the layouts an earlier tool of ours already read for them: "Buy shares of ... up to $...", "Buy the ... call options up to $...", "Sell all of your ... common stock" -- its code only, never its data.
What prompted it
Three Divergence letters, one with an order (a new buy), kept out of sight before 10/14: Paradigm sends every service from one address, and no pack claimed the From name "The Divergence".
What we changed and why
Nothing in a letter is guessed: an order is read only from the letter's "Action to take" section, in the words above -- a buy with its up-to price, options with their contract, a sale of all or half -- and the stop written under a buy ("Use $... as your stop-loss.") as that buy's stop, only when no other ticker is named between them; then the letter waits under Review. Everything else (its live shows, the recaps) is commentary: on Alerts by itself, information only -- and never if a line in it reads as an order; then it waits under Review.
Our own evidence
`tests/test_paradigm_packs.py`: made-up letters in The Divergence's shapes read as their orders; a commentary letter shows on Alerts with no line; one with an order in it isn't filed as commentary. On the subscriber's three letters of 10/14: one buy of shares with its up-to price, and two commentary letters.
